    Renovation Kingdom – Cyber Month Giveaway Terms & Conditions


    Promoter: Renovation Kingdom Pty Ltd (ABN: 63 169 053 598), 9 Barney Street, North Parramatta, 2151, NSW, Australia.

     
    1. Eligibility
    1.1 Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
    1.2 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
    1.3 By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

     
    2. Promotional Period
    2.1 The promotion begins at 12:00am AEDT on 19 November 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 7 December 2025 ("Promotional Period").

     
    3. How to Enter
    3.1 Customers must make a purchase of $4,000 AUD or more in a single transaction either in-store or online at renovationkingdom.com.au during the Promotional Period.
    3.2 Each eligible transaction equals one (1) automatic entry into the draw.
    3.3 Purchases paid by lay-by or orders cancelled or refunded after entry will be deemed ineligible.
    3.4 The Promoter is not responsible for late, incomplete, or incorrectly processed transactions.

     
    4. Prize Details
    4.1 There are two (2) prizes to be won. Each prize consists of one (1) $1,000 VISA Gift Card.
    4.2 Total prize pool value is $2,000 AUD.
    4.3 The gift card will be provided as an electronic (e-gift) VISA Gift Card delivered via email.
    4.4 Gift card terms and expiry dates are set by the issuing gift card provider and are the responsibility of the winner to review.

     
    5. Winner Selection
    5.1 The draw will take place at 12:00pm AEDT on 8 December 2025 at the Promoter’s premises.
    5.2 The winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
    5.3 The winners will be notified via phone and email within two (2) business days of the draw.
    5.4 If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, the Promoter reserves the right to redraw the prize.

     
    6. Prize Delivery
    6.1 Prizes will be delivered as e-gift cards sent to the winner’s nominated email address.
    6.2 Winners must ensure they provide a valid and accessible email address for prize delivery.
    6.3 The Promoter is not responsible for lost, delayed, or misdirected emails, or for spam/junk filtering issues.

     
    7. General Conditions
    General Conditions 7.1 Prizes are not transferable or redeemable for cash.
    7.2 The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
    7.3 The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and purchase details.
    7.4 The Promoter may cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the promotion.
    7.5 The Promoter will collect personal information solely for the purpose of conducting this promotion and contacting winners. Personal information will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy.

     
    8. Liability
    8.1 Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury suffered as a result of accepting or using the prize.
    8.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any third‑party terms associated with the VISA gift card.

     
    9. NSW and Australian Regulations
    9.1 This promotion complies with Australian Consumer Law and applicable NSW trade promotion regulations.
    9.2 This promotion is a game of chance and does not require a permit in NSW as total prize value is under the threshold.
