DELIVERY POLICY

Goods will not be delivered inside private residences. Delivery is limited to:

• Garage or carport, or
• Ground floor entrance (provided there are no stairs or access restrictions)

Promotional Free Delivery – Sydney Metro

During promotional periods where free delivery is offered, this applies to Sydney Metro addresses only and is provided under the following conditions:

• Ground floor drop-off service only
• One-person delivery service (driver only)
• No carrying goods upstairs or into multiple levels of a property

Exclusions

Free delivery promotions do not apply to:

• NSW regional locations
• Interstate locations

Standard delivery rates apply for all excluded areas.

Additional Delivery Information

Stone bath deliveries are drop-off only.

Customers will be contacted by our warehouse team once their order is ready for collection or delivery.

A pick-up time must be booked prior to arrival using the provided booking link. Collections without a confirmed booking may experience delays due to warehouse scheduling.

Please note that weights and dimensions provided for products are approximate and may vary slightly. Customers are responsible for verifying final product measurements prior to installation.
