When you shop at Renovation Kingdom we also ensure that all ordered products are swiftly delivered to customers at nominal postage or courier rates and that the products arrive in perfect condition so that there are no complaints. We provide 100% reliable merchandise that comes with excellent warranty periods from Australia’s best brands.
We are happy to offer a store credit, exchange, or refund if the product and its box is completely intact and in new condition.
During the Covid Crisis we have made some changes to our refund policy (in line with consumer legislation), please contact staff for details.
Products that are a special order are excepted. Any freight charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
Please check all goods are correct and in good order BEFORE INSTALLATION, as no exchanges will be accepted on products that have been installed. This is commonly the condition of the manufacturer.
All goods are required to be installed by licensed tradesmen otherwise warranties are void.
NB: All dimensions for each product are approximate and can vary slightly. Renovation Kingdom takes no responsibility and recommends items are received for actual dimensions to ensure an accurate installation.
For your peace of mind, all our deliveries are covered by our insurance & freight providers. However, our insurance legislates that any damage should be reported within 24 hours of the delivery. Any damage reported after the initial 24 hours is not covered by our insurance or freight providers. Please inspect the items thoroughly before signing upon delivery.
