TERMS OF SALE
At Renovation Kingdom we want our customers to find the products they want at the prices they expect. We also want all our customers to experience knowledgeable and friendly service to make their buying experience a pleasure. We have also outlined our returns policy below.
When you shop at Renovation Kingdom we also ensure that all ordered products are swiftly delivered to customers at nominal postage or courier rates and that the products arrive in perfect condition so that there are no complaints. We provide 100% reliable merchandise that comes with excellent warranty periods from Australia’s best brands.
In the unlikely event you have a faulty item, warranty claims will be processed as per the manufacturer’s requirements and our obligations under the Australian Consumer Law and Regulations. Please contact us if you need to file a warranty claim and we will assist you.
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to inquire about returning goods for a store credit, exchange, or refund:
• Changes/alterations to orders must be submitted and confirmed via email. Changes to special orders can only be made within 24 hours of the order being confirmed.
• Exchanges are permitted only within 7 days of purchase and only if box is completely intact or if product is defective. Special orders (Australian made vanities, stone baths, shower screens and any custom made products) are excluded.
• A 30% re-stocking fee will apply to all exchanges resulting from customer's incorrect choice.
• Pre-authorised returns will only be accepted at our warehouses during standard opening hours, Monday to Saturday inclusive, excluding all public holidays.
• Items being returned must be in the original packaging and in original condition.
• Please check all goods are correct and in good order before installation, as no exchanges will be accepted on products that have been installed.
• All goods must be checked for damages or missing items within 24 hours of receiving. After this time no claim for damaged goods will be accepted.
• All goods are required to be installed by licensed tradesmen otherwise warranties are void.
• Title of goods does not pass to the customer until full payment is received and goods are delivered.
Please open and inspect all goods within 24 hours of delivery, otherwise claims for damages will be rejected by the freight company or the product manufacturer.
Goods will not be delivered inside the residence, except inside a garage or carport, or inside the ground floor entrance providing there are no stairs.
Stone bath deliveries are a drop off service only.
Please check all goods are correct and in good order before installation, as no exchanges will be accepted on products that have been installed. This is commonly the condition of the manufacturer.
All goods are required to be installed by licensed tradesmen otherwise all warranties are void.
Note that weights and dimensions for each product are approximate and can vary slightly. Renovation Kingdom takes no responsibility and recommends that items received are verified for actual weights and dimensions to ensure an accurate installation.
This returns policy does not exclude or replace your rights given under the Australian Consumer Law and Regulations.
